Currently, Apple is running a system called "iOS in the Car", so we can say it's a rebranding of Apple's "iOS in the Car".

Guest blogging is a very easy and useful way to gain links and generate links. but nowadays it's nothing more than spamming. So to stop spamming and article spinning and making blogging neat and clean Google has started to penalize guest bloggers with low quality links or spamming. Matt cutt says in his blog that

"Okay, I’m calling it: if you’re using guest blogging as a way to gain links in 2014, you should probably stop. Why? Because over time it’s become a more and more spammy practice, and if you’re doing a lot of guest blogging then you’re hanging out with really bad company."

So, if you still want to accept and go on with guest posting then what you should look for? Before accepting any guest post it's very important to look for the links that is coming to your blog in the form of guest post. If it's not related to your niche or if it is promoting some kind of service then you should immediately stop.

One thing I want to clear about another Google policy. If you are accepting sponsored posts or getting paid for links then you must do two things, first, put no-follow to the link and second, label the post as sponsored otherwise Goggle is going to penalize you. Only accept genuine bloggers or hire people to write only for your blog. Below are some videos from Matt Cutt that will help you know more about guest posting guidelines.
